Managed Network Services Agreement

This agreement governs the managed network equipment and services provided by Isolex Corporation.

Initial term

The initial term is six months. If service is cancelled before the end of the initial term, the early termination fee equals the remaining monthly fee multiplied by the number of months left in the initial six-month term.

Equipment return

All equipment remains property of Isolex Corporation unless otherwise agreed in writing. On cancellation, the merchant must return all equipment in good working condition within 14 days or pay a non-return fee of $149 per device.

Included services

Isolex Corporation provides equipment, installation, cable drops, remote support for equipment configuration, testing, and service coordination via live chat. Onsite support is provided when deemed necessary. Failed equipment is replaced, excluding damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification.
